While transitioning, one of the most difficult things individuals encounter is to find food while on the go. In my experience, it is necessary to have some tricks up your sleeve in addition to knowing how to navigate a menu at a local restaurant. Most people don’t realize that they can ask for modifications at a restaurant.
This delicious cauliflower steak dish was discovered while traveling at a restaurant in Dallas, Texas. This is a perfect example of a menu-ready, vegan option that I didn’t have to think very hard about. Trust, it tasted just as good as it looks!
